Success! I did what I intended to do! That is, shower, go to bed, and sleep the day away. I woke up a couple of times, but resisted the guilt-inspired urge to get up. I finally woke up feeling better—though not by much—around 3:00. Two cups of coffee later, I'm somewhat awake. God only knows what will happen tonight.Well, no surprise to me, I won a huge pile of nothing in the Okie Blog Awards for 2008, just like every other year. The usuals won. Popularity contest, that. Meh. Congrats to those who won though, especially Monty, for best audio blog. She deserves that award. Her radio show on MPYR is great (although I haven't been in the chat for months and I deserve to be destroyed). Actually, I think that Patrick at The Lost Ogle summed up the awards best. Wish I had balls like that...
