Ah, the humble dumpling. Every culture seems to have their version of it and I've yet to meet a dumpling I didn't love.Tonight Anthony Bourdain took us on a trip to Shanghai, where he located what he called, "The perfect Soup Dumpling" at NanXiang Mantu Dian restaurant.
Bourdain said it, I believe it, and that's good enough for me.
