I have become an addict of RW's weekly critique of Bravo's Top Chef, season 4. Besides the fact that he is a gourmand of some renown (Chasing Vincenzo, his discontinued food/drink/cigar/friends blog) he also lives in Chicago and knows of what he speaks. Because of him, I want to go to Chicago and because of him, I want Stephanie to win. I've gotten so attached to his critiques that, each week, I sit up patiently waiting for his entry like I awaited Anthony Bourdain's last season. Even tonight, when I should be asleep.
