That woman really over-reacts. I mean, yeah, it's kind of icky to have a smear of dog poo on your carpet, but the way she screams is like she just saw the body of her husband with a knife sticking out of it or something.
If you get expensive cat food, it doesn't stain. The cheap stuff has dyes in it, but IAMS doesn't. I haven't had problems with staining, in spite of having two cats for more than a decade.
Okay...what's awful is when I was a kid I said that very same thing to my mom about her poodle! I thought he was an amazing genius for shuttling himself across the floor like that.

Poor Toby. It's not his fault. He needs his anal glands cleaned out.
ReplyDeleteDisgusting job. I used to express Fritz's AGs. Still makes me shudder and want to barf.

ReplyDeleteShe probably doesn't allow wire hangers in her house. :)
ReplyDeleteA little poo on the carpet between friends is nothing to scream about.
ReplyDeleteHell, before I moved in Gia used to let the cat puke dry before she cleaned it up. Said it was easier that way. Yeah.
B.E., dried cat puke IS easier to clean up. Just vaccuum.
ReplyDeleteEeeww...Cat puke! Blech! Our cat puked her breakfast this A.M. and I had to clean it up. YUK!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I can't leave things like that lying around.
ReplyDeleteTo me, it's not about what's easier, it's about getting rid of it.
ReplyDeleteBesides, if you let it dry before you clean it up, it can and usually will stain the carpet.

ReplyDeleteAfter dragging her anus across the carpet, our dog turns around and licks up the stripe she left. Very tidy. Okay, and gross.
