While I sat writing my last couple of entries, Nettl was out getting groceries. Suddenly, she came in with a bag in her arms. “Guess what I got for yo-ou…” she teased. I turned and watched as she pulled out a six-pack of Trumer Pils (the only Austrian beer we can find here—thanks for the tip, Beau & Deb!) and a matching pilsner glass, manufactured by the brewery. And not merely an Austrian beer, but from the oldest brewery in Salzburg. She then informed me that she’s making dinner tonight, which will also be Austrian. What a woman! I love you, Wanze!

Und ich liebe dich, mein Mandl!
That Trumer looks tasty. I’ve never tried it.

It’s good! Smooth, not too hoppy. Kind of like Pilsner Urquell, but creamier.
Yeah, Beau likes it too. But he is such a creature of habit. He said “It still won’t replace my Coors Light” LOL
I just had a glass of Trumer. Yummeriferous, if I may say so. Thank you for the tip!
You really should write an article on beers.
