During the last season of Top Chef I commented on Anthony Bourdain's Top Chef blog about how I'd love to see him in action in the kitchen sometime. Well, last night I got my wish and it was nothing short of brilliant. He didn't let me down. He was every bit as self-effacing and snarky as I could ever want, although I thought at one point that he was going to have a heart attack. Or a nicotine fit.Those steaks looked great, by the way!
