Back in the early 80s I became friends with Bob Slatzer, who was briefly married to Monroe just before she got famous and remained friends with her throughout her life (his book, The Life and Curious Death of Marilyn Monroe sparked an international interest in the cause of her death). He told me once that she liked salami sandwiches and that when ever they went to Zuma Beach she would pack a picnic lunch that included them.

No, Ville. Unlike the people Steph wrote about earlier, I know the time and place for such stories. The open internet is not the place. ;)
