Endless Snowfall

Endless snowfall
lights softly, settles heavily
on my world of expressions and turns of phrase.
Cold, this long winter
while I wait for greener ideas and warmer tales.

  2. Thanks so much, Tess. I've been sort of iffy about following blogs over the past four years or so, but now that I'm back, yours was the first I visited! I've always wanted to contribute to the Mag, but I guess I wasn't ready. Now I am!

  4. Thank you! Instead of writing about the cold snowy weather we're having here, I wanted to use it as a metaphor for my lack of writing inspiration this winter. But it works for the weather too. :) Thanks again for visiting, and for taking the time to leave your comment!

  9. I think this is exactly how I would feel if I lived int he's now. It's beautiful at first, but a steady diet over a long period of time gets a bit stifling.

    =)

  10. We're expecting more this week and I must admit I'm not at all exited. The good thing about it is that it will mean fewer mosquitoes in the summer!
