  4. January 28 National Kazoo Day, Clash Day, and Rattle Snake Round-up Day

Question: Do they use the Kazoos to attract rattle snakes or do they just use old Clash tracks? Just wondering.

  5. Happy Birthday Deni! I didn’t forget, I was just really sick with a flu (Nettl has it now). Ugh. No excuse, I know. Forgive!

  6. Not to worry about my birthday. I like to forget them myself. Jim took me out to a Mexican restaurant on Saturday afternoon and we bought a carrot cake at the grocery store. Woo-hoo!! LOL And, to get this back on some sort of track with the topic at hand, there were walnuts on the cake. ;)

Glad you’re feeling better. Germ-free huggles to Nettl.

  13. Karma,

It means put forward a new idea and see if anyone likes it. It’s a buzz phrase used in the UK during the 80s, mainly by Yuppies.

  17. May 9th is Lost Sock Memorial Day. That is not exciting. It is unglamorous. But these days I love socks, because the weather is turning cold, so I should be more appreciative.
