However, it can also lead to a bunch of people just complaining about something too. I've seen it snowball into an opinion in the workplace. Some may call it a bad rap. I will tell them right up front, before they are sent on assignment. "Call me, even if you need to just bitch and moan. Sometimes that's all one needs to get through a rough patch." Needless to say, many of them take me up on it. LOL I don't mind. At least it keeps them from quitting, and they know I care enough to listen.
