I've always wondered why Shirley's last name is "MacLaine" and Warren's is "Beatty".
Stars often change their names. Their last name is Beaty, but Warren added an extra "t" and pronounced it bay-tee instead of bee-tee. Shirley's real name is Shirley MacLean Beaty.
