Enough of my recent venting and whining, I have to get back to writing. My characters miss me and I miss them.
I spent last night in the hammock enjoying a couple of glasses of wine and talking with Jaeson, who is a playwright, and I'm ready to get back to the work at hand. So tonight I'll be here listening to Mozart and working on my screenplay.

Sometimes venting and whining is what is needed to get the badness out of the way and get back to what you need to do. Anyway, that's what I find in my life.
I encourage my employees to come to me if they need to vent. I will tell them right up front, before they are sent on assignment. "Call me, even if you need to just bitch and moan. Sometimes that's all one needs to get through a rough patch." Needless to say, many of them take me up on it. LOL I don't mind. At least it keeps them from quitting, and they know I care enough to listen. I want them to know, that even though I am their employer, I am also just like them.
Yes, venting works! However, it can also lead to a bunch of people just complaining about something too. I've seen it snowball into an opinion in the workplace. Some may call it a bad rap. Venting is just a way to handle stress and it works like so many other things, in moderation!
Glad you are back on track Steph!
You guys are great. Thanks for seeing me through.
Well... yeah. Wine does that for a person. that's what I use absinthe for!
IWANTABSINTHE!
Unfortunately, I can't afford it right now.
Mozart is so therapeutic. I have a two disc set that I listen to over and over and never tire of.
